On March 6, 2012, the first liaison meeting was held in Hangzhou Lily Hotel, discussing about Cangnan Qiaodun reservoir efficiency 

of power plant (reconstruction of deserted units). Cangnan Qiaodun Reservoir Management Office, Zhejiang Titi Construction Co., Ltd.,

Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute, Hangzhou Yuan Xing Project Management Consulting 

Co., Ltd., Beijing Branch Hydroelectric Water Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., and experts on behalf of our company 

attended the meeting. Meeting was hosted by the owner, our experts introduced designing proposals on the project. Delegates discussed 

and negotiated about proposals, our proposals were finally adopted. Based on the essence of the meeting, every attendee would 

work closely with each other to   make sure the station generate power on schedule.
